Provides leadership and support for State and Federal programs including Title III, CBET, ELAP, ASES funding, ELD professional development for teachers and instructional support staff, parent involvement and education, parent advisory committees, parent complaint procedures, Stone Soup child care, ASES after-school programs and Camp Mountain View.

English Learner and Parent Programs in the Mountain View School District encompasses many areas. In our department, we are responsible for ELD curriculum, ELD resources including personnel support, English Language Learners monitoring, parent outreach and coordination, after-school ASES programs and Camp Mountain View. Parents and their children are our most important clients, and we try to serve their needs as much as possible.
