Every child in Mountain View School District can come to school healthy and ready to learn. The resources listed below can help you find information to promote and enhance the health of Mountain View School District community members including students, parents, and staff. 

Required Immunizations for Students in Transitional Kinder (TK) through Grade 12

California schools are required to check immunization records for all new student admissions at TK/Kindergarten through Grade 12 and all students advancing to Grade 7 before entry. Parents must show their child's Immunization Record as proof of immunization. If you have any questions, please contact Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) at (626) 652-4982.
