The Baker School underground utilities project is MVSD’s second major Measure SS School Bond project. The project began after the last day of school and continues with extensive work being done each day. Baker’s campus has been closed for the summer as wide-ranging underground infrastructure improvements are being made.
The project includes the installation of new water and sewer lines, re-routing of pipes, electrical panel connections from the street, a new catch basin which is mandated to collect rainwater runoff and to eliminate flooding issues when it rains, new concrete and refurbished parking lots.
