TO ATTEND IN PERSON:
The Board Meeting will be held at the District Office Large Board Room located at 3320 Gilman Road, El Monte, CA 91732. The Board Meetings are scheduled on the 1st Thursday of the month (except where indicated below by an asterisk*). Board Meetings will begin at 6:00 p.m. with Closed Session and followed by Open Session at 6:30 p.m.

ADDRESSING THE BOARD:
The Board of Education welcomes residents of the community to attend its meetings. To ensure the public's right to be heard, the Board has adopted Board Bylaw 9323. Three minutes or a 400-word maximum comment will be allotted to each speaker and a maximum of 20 minutes to each subject matter.
Option 1 – Share your comment in person during the designated time of the Board meeting.
Option 2 – Comments submitted online and read aloud by District personnel.
